What I Heard About the World

What I Heard About the World

The Kennedy Center
2700 F Street, NW Washington

Two theater companies -- Portugal's Mala Voadora and the UK's Third Angel -- have combined forces to deliver their United States debut with What I Heard About the World. A series of comedic, thought-provoking and entertaining vignettes (with themes covering everything from renting strangers to cry at your own funeral to places where cures for loneliness can be bought on CD), this show is kept up-to-the-minute in its topicality by finalizing its text only days before the performance. This amusing examination of the world today comes to the stage of The Kennedy Center as part of the IBERIAN SUITE: global arts remix festival.
