The show is adapted for the stage by Robert Stigwood, in collaboration with Bill Oakes, from the 1977 film starring John Travolta. The North American version is written by Sean Cercone and David Abbinanti. Abbinanti arranged and orchestrated the iconic Bee Gees songs, along with other popular disco music of the time and the film."
