The Addams Family Reviews

"...They’re creepy and they’re cooky, musical and loopy, death-defying spooky — they’re The Addams Family, a great family musical that enthralled and delighted everyone present. The best way to start off spooky season. The hardest working cast in the business at Toby’s Dinner Theatre of Columbia gives you a coming-of-age musical perfect for those who grew up with the Addams Family and for those who are experiencing them for the first time. Dadadadum, dadadadum, dadadadum dadadadum daadadum snap snap!"

"...Minnick knows this theatre and his performers. He gets the most out of both with his crisp direction and choreography. The “mysterious and spooky” set and properties are wonderfully designed by Shane Lowry. He truly did make their house a museum as that catchy song describes. The lighting design by Lynn Joslin also sets the eerie mood. Janine Sunday’s and Sarah King’s costume coordination is true to the characters, and I loved how they dressed the dead ancestors. Get over to Toby’s Theatre before the tickets sell out and “pay a call on the Addam’s Family”—and enjoy a nice dinner or brunch as well."
