Rise Up! at DC Arts Center

Part rallying cry, part group hug, Rise Up! is an artistic response to the life and times we live in. Over inauguration weekend in 2017, Washington Improv Theater presented a politically-minded barrage of improv shows called Rise Up! That cathartic, eye-opening and raw experience stirred up something in DC's improv community, and WIT is thrilled to present this three-week revisitation of politically-inspired performances. Rise Up! explores all the ways the personal really is political, and vice versa. Check it out at DC Arts Center.
