In the Gutter Reviews
BroadwayWorld- Highly Recommended
"...Film noir was at its peak in the 1920s through the 1950s, and classics like The Maltese Falcon have influenced the film and theater many decades later. Noir takes itself seriously, and there is often little room for humor. Best Medicine Rep's production of In The Gutter, written by John Morogiello and directed by Stan Levin, is a comedy that pokes fun at tropes and elements of a typical film noir."

"...All in all, In the Gutter is, like most Best Medicine Rep plays, a sparkling hidden gem, well worth venturing into the spooky depths of Lakeforest Mall to find. And since the Mall is (finally) closing, this will be BMR’s last show there. I highly recommend searching Best Medicine Rep out and supporting them so they can locate another venue and continue proving that laughter is the best medicine."
