Drumming With Dishes at Atlas Performing Arts Center

What happens when you invite someone very different from you to come over to play? In a very special kitchen, a lively child and her shy imaginary friend cook up beautiful music using pasta box shakers, dishes, spoons and many more surprising instruments. Drumming With Dishes is a whimsical interactive performance, which celebrates friendship, play and imagination. As our heroine empowers her imaginary friend to create music, kids ages 2 to 5 will discover just what wonders can be accomplished when we all play together. This gentle non-verbal show will fill D.C.'s Atlas Performing Arts Center with wonder.
